The adrenaline is pumping and it’s the morning of your big event. It’s go time. Although there are thousands of things to do on your list, its important to plan your morning to ensure you are at your best for the day. Here are a few tips on how to prepare for the big day.

Learn Something: As you eat breakfast, don’t look at email. As tempting as it may be, start by learning something. Go to your favorite blog or publication and take time for you. Learning something new before you start your day provides a sense of confidence.

Check Email: Ok, now you can check your email. Get a sense of what’s happening and take 15 minutes to respond.

Review Schedule: Knowing your event schedule is key to successfully executing an event. Review the schedule, let it sink in and get a sense of how your days will play out.

Take a Deep Breath: Alright, now take a deep breath in and then exhale slowly. Do this a few times…You can do this. Now that you have re-centered and calmed your mind through your deep breathes, its time to walk into your event with confidence!
